How do I change account details such as delivery address?

You can update your overall delivery address for future orders. This can be found under the 'My Accounts' section, from the top right hand menu of the marketplace. From the 'My Account' section you will have a menu option called 'My details'. From here you can 'Update personal details'.  Alternatively on your next order you can Add/ Edit your delivery address in the checkout.

How do I change payment details?

When you make your next purchase you will be able to Add/Edit your payment details in the checkout.

I’ve forgotten my password

From the Login page on the marketplace you will be able to use the 'Forgotten password' function. This will allow you to fill in a form to reset your password.

Payment issues

If you are having an issue with payments you will need to contact the supplier. To find the supplier’s contact details you will need to look at your order history and view your invoice. The supplier’s contact details will be in the top left hand corner.

Print invoices or receipts

You will be able to see your order history from the 'My Accounts' section, from the top right hand menu of the marketplace.  From the 'My Account' section you will have a menu option for 'My order history'. You will be able to File and print from this page.

You may also engage in alternate dispute resolution (ADR) with one of the suppliers in relation to a sale. Please see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
