As mentioned above and in the Terms and Conditions you agree to when you register as a supplier on PHBChoices, you are required to pay a 2% transaction fee when your products/services are purchased on PHBChoices.
To pay this transaction fee, we ask that suppliers sign up to SmartDebit. This allows us to collect your transaction fees securely via direct debit. Information on signing up to SmartDebit will be provided to you when you register on the marketplace.

Yes. When you register on PHBChoices, you are given access to a Control Centre where you can set up complex care rates with a number of different variables. For example, if you offer different pricing for different services based on time of day and day of the week, you can set your services up in the system to reflect this. You can also send different quotes to your customers on an individual basis.
During the account setup process, you will be asked to enter your bank account details. This allows you to get paid via BACS directly into the bank account provided.
For services, a draft invoice is raised by the system every Monday. You can then go into the Control Centre and review the invoice and add, edit or remove the service lines, depending on what you actually did for the user. When the information is correct, the invoice must be sent to the user, who will either dispute or accept it. You will be paid four to five days after the invoice is accepted. Payment will be sent to the bank details provided in the Control Centre.
