      Care Services offered (Oxford)

We pride ourselves on providing personalised and good quality care with compassion.

By being small, we can easily communicate with each other. We all know each other and we all help each other.

Yes, we are ambitious. We want to grow and we want to improve. We do not tolerate sub-standard care, we do believe in training and nurturing our staff so that their aspirations are met and so that we can provide continuity of care.  We dearly wish to play our part in improving the, often contentious, home care sector so that the elderly and disabled can live comfortably and enjoyably in their own homes for as long as possible.

Independence allows us to be nimble – we can adjust policies and procedures as we see fit without having to consult with a head office. As an example we have developed a paperless office which allows our on-call staff to access all client and rota data from their ipads and computers without having to be in the office. This allows them to provide better information to carers during evenings and weekends so that a better service can be provided to our clients.

We also provide care services to people whose care is funded by Central Bedfordshire Council, Buckinghamshire County Council and Oxfordshire County council.
